Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UAE insurance industry, preferably in a brokerage environment.
Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of various lines of insurance, including property, casualty, liability, engineering, and other commercial lines.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Client Relations: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems.
