We are looking for a Commercial Leasing / Sales Manager to join our team.
The Leasing / Sales Manager will oversee the leasing activities for commercial properties, ensuring occupancy and revenue goals are met.
Job Duties:
Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with tenants, resolving issues professionally.
Present the project, manage lease agreements/Sales agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract tenants and maintain listings.
Maintain accurate records and prepare leasing performance reports.
Coordinate with other departments.
Utilize existing network of tenants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of leasing or property management experience in the UAE.
Other Requirements:
Strong knowledge of local property laws.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
