Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting, and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil, and Gas industries.

We are looking for a Commercial Leasing / Sales Manager to join our team.

The Leasing / Sales Manager will oversee the leasing activities for commercial properties, ensuring occupancy and revenue goals are met.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tenants, resolving issues professionally.
  • Present the project, manage lease agreements/Sales agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract tenants and maintain listings.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare leasing performance reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Utilize existing network of tenants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of leasing or property management experience in the UAE.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of local property laws.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
