Role Description

We are partnering with a dynamic and innovative organisation in Abu Dhabi to find a full-time Commercial Lawyer who thrives on variety and impact. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of legal and business operations, providing expert legal advice across a wide spectrum of commercial matters. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to draft and negotiate key agreements, navigate regulatory landscapes, and enable the organisation's growth in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer admitted in a recognised international jurisdiction.
• Extensive experience with a top-tier international law firm or in-house legal team, particularly in commercial and technology contracts.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating a diverse range of agreements, including service agreements, partnerships, and vendor contracts.
• Strong understanding of UAE legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
