This position will be responsible for cultivating a strong relationship with the Global Commercial team, being viewed as a trusted partner and advisor. You will consolidate monthly sales reporting, prepare the weekly sales forecast, create the annual budget and continually work with customer support to streamline processes. Consolidated Monthly Sales Reporting: Prepares monthly sales and margin reports, providing in-depth analyses and key-take-aways and identifying margin improvement opportunities
Sustains a strong understanding of the Sales Funnel for reporting and revenue growth opportunities
Collaborates with the Global Commercial team on the annual budget
Weekly Sales Forecast: Supports the CFO and Global IT in the development of the Weekly Sales Forecast and improving open order reporting
Monitors and reports on past due accounts receivable and discusses with Global Commercial team prior to customer sales visits.
Owns the Transfer Pricing process for intercompany sales; communicates status with impacted parties.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
5+ years of relevant experience; commercial finance experience REQUIRED
Must have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
High level of comfort with personal interface and engagement
