Job Summary :
We are looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to support financial planning, business analysis, and business decision-making. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial performance, drive profitability, and support commercial and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial results, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare management reports and presentations with insights on financial performance.
Business Partnering & Commercial Insights
- Work closely with product heads, sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive financial efficiency.
- Provide insights on pricing, margin analysis, and cost control measures.
- Support commercial negotiations with data-driven recommendations.
- Drive costings and profitability.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations.
- Collaborate with auditors and finance teams for accurate financial reporting.
Data Analysis & Decision Support
- Use financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support business case development for new initiatives, investments, and projects.
- Leverage financial tools and systems for process improvements.
Administration
- Be the daily link for coordination between HQ and ground teams.
- Fulfill various adhoc administrative tasks for the Business Heads.
Key Requirements
Education : CA, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience : 2-3 years in finance, FP&A, or a related commercial finance role.
Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
