Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across all channels, including direct sales (B2C), corporate sales, and referral/offshore channel development
• Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to capture and retain customers, enhancing overall revenue.
• International Channel Development: Strategize and manage the growth of international sales channels, ensuring compliance with global standards while identifying and entering new markets.
• Manage existing alliances to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes, while continuously exploring new areas for collaboration.
• Lead the adoption of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other sales tools to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role
• Proven track record of driving sales growth across multiple channels, including direct sales, corporate sales, and business development.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire large teams, with a focus on results-driven leadership
