Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends such as customer behavior, competition, and market share to inform strategies.
Engage with panel builders, end-users, consultants, distributors, sub-distributors, and contractors to generate demand, provide training, and deliver customer service.
Implement corporate programs and initiatives to drive business evolution and change.
Oversee daily business operations, including management of local entities, commercial premises, and infrastructure.
Build a market-focused sales structure, emphasizing development and performance management to fuel regional growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans for products that align with overall business goals and support growth ambitions in the Middle East.
Take responsibility for driving the synergy sales agenda across the entire product portfolio, communicating opportunities, and influencing internal stakeholders for resource and investment allocation.
Collaborate with business units on product specifications and the creation of new products.
Act as the local representative, promoting the company's vision and value in the market.
Set and achieve sales goals to drive market share and profitability for products and services.
Develop and maintain extensive communication networks to collect market feedback and integrate valuable insights into the organization.
Work with marketing and product lines to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
Manage key accounts with a strategic approach, prioritizing long-term profitable growth in business decisions.
Uphold corporate standards and build a culture that reflects the organization’s core values while navigating local cultural challenges.
Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and geographical order intake in an ethical and compliant manner.
