Commercial Director

We are looking for a Commercial Director for our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with proven leadership in scaling revenue and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth.
2. Launch an online store as a new sales channel.
3. Build and optimize a distribution network across the Middle East.
4. Build strong sales and marketing teams within the company.
5. Identify and capture new market opportunities, expanding into adjacent sectors.
6. Achieve an annual revenue growth of at least 20% for five years.
7. Develop mid-term growth plans and organize work to adjust the company's strategy.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Director.
2. Experience in companies with an annual turnover of $30M-$200M.
3. Leadership experience managing a team of at least 15 people.
4. Proven track record of delivering significant business results (at least $5M revenue growth).
5. Experience in building sales from zero.
6. Experience in launching a CPM system.
7. Experience in a full-cycle production company.
8. Background in building materials, corrugated packaging, large containers, automotive components, or food production with distribution.
9. Higher education (business education preferred).
10. Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
