Euro Mechanical is looking for a Commercial Director with 10-15 years of relevant experience in the Energy sector built in the oilfield service companies and/or EPCs.
Reporting directly to the COO of Euro Mechanical, the Commercial Director assumes the highest leadership responsibility for the Company's Commercial function, provides leadership and executes the strategy that will allow the Company to fulfil its mission.
The Commercial Director understands and fully articulates the company products and services, enabling the development and execution of the Company's Commercial strategy.
The Commercial Director will conduct business and corporate development activities, maintain relationships, and manage partnership agreements, ensure marketing activities, including website-related activities, and focus on generating new businesses while maintaining current profitable business for Euro Mechanical.
Job Description:
- Formulate and execute strategies to secure tenders and new business opportunities for sustained commercial success. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive business development and foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyse market trends and provide strategic insights for long-term business planning and opportunity identification. Guide and direct commercial activities across the organisation to maximise performance against KPIs and revenue targets.
- Implement and manage sales forecasting activities, setting performance goals to achieve corporate objectives. Develop and negotiate pricing strategies that ensure the financial viability of sales bids, tenders, and proposals, leading the preparation and submission processes.
- Compile and manage annual and long-term business development revenue plans in alignment with company goals.
- Oversee new business development efforts, negotiations, and commercial contracts to support proposed budgeted growth. Monitor and evaluate emerging business opportunities, ensuring alignment of sales resources and technical capabilities.
- Review and analyse commercial performance against established plans to identify areas for improvement. Uphold compliance with organisational processes and standards to ensure effective commercial operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working and dealing with major NOCs in the Middle East, ADNOC, Aramco, etc.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, handling P&L up to 500M AED.
