Job Description

Summary:
A company in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to join their building cleaning and maintenance team. The Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring a clean and sanitized environment in commercial buildings, promoting a professional and hygienic atmosphere for occupants and visitors. The role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, offices, meeting rooms, and common areas in commercial buildings.
2. Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring proper disinfection of fixtures, replenishment of supplies, and maintenance of hygiene standards.
3. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
4. Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.
6. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
7. Adhere to cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Follow established schedules and complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a Commercial Cleaner or in a similar cleaning role is preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials used in commercial building maintenance. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor. Basic understanding of safety procedures and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines. Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work during non-standard hours or weekends as required.
