Collection Officer

We are a Real Estate Developer Company, looking for an Arabic female competent as Collection Officer/Costumer service to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You will struck a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments.

Our Collection/Costumer Relation Officer should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have an excellent Arabic/ English communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work with a team and to bear the work pressure. Monitor clients' accounts on a daily basis. Identify outstanding amounts as per projects and reservation. to Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments. Update account status records as well as prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
