Collection Associates - healthcare

We are looking for a Collection Associate in UAE.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage patient accounts by reviewing billing records and identifying discrepancies to ensure accurate collections.
2. Communicate effectively with patients to facilitate prompt payment and resolve outstanding balances.
3. Negotiate payment plans with patients facing financial difficulties while adhering to company policies and compliance regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance preferred.
2. 1-2 years in collections or revenue management.
