Your Role :

4. Collaborate : Work with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize engineering initiatives.
5. Stay Cutting-Edge : Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our platform ahead of the curve.
6. Best Practices : Drive and support the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and efficient development processes.
7. Resource Management : Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects.
8. Mentor : Develop engineering talent and promote career growth within the team.
9. Focus on Security : Ensure strong security, compliance, and data protection measures.

About You :

1. Experience : 10+ years in tech, with at least 2 years as an Engineering Manager.
2. Tech Skills : Master of Python, React, Flutter, PostgreSQL, Elastic, and GCP.
3. Industry Know-How : Experienced in fintech or crypto, with deep knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
4. Problem Solver : Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.
5. Team Leader : Proven success in managing and growing high-performing engineering teams.
6. Strategic Thinker : Ability to align tech projects with business goals.
7. Agile Expert : Proficient in agile development methodologies.
8. Blockchain Guru : Strong background in blockchain platforms, wallets, and distributed ledger technologies.
9. Framework Wizard : Skilled in Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
10. Security Savvy : Deep knowledge of cryptographic principles and secure coding practices.
11. Communicator : Excellent at working with all levels of stakeholders.
12. Integration Pro : Experience integrating blockchain solutions with external systems and APIs.
13. Educated : Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
