Position Overview

As CTO & Strategic Investor, you'll lead our technological vision while having significant influence in shaping the company's future. You'll build and lead a global tech team developing our proprietary platforms for talent assessment, recruitment, and business advisory services.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Architect and execute the company's technical vision
2. Lead development of AI-driven talent matching platforms
3. Design scalable assessment and analytics systems
4. Build and manage global remote tech teams
5. Oversee cybersecurity and data protection
6. Participate in board-level strategic decisions
7. Guide product development and innovation
8. Manage technical partnerships and integrations

Required Technical Expertise

1. Full-stack development (React, Node.js, Python)
2. AI/ML implementation experience
3. Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
4. Data science and analytics
5. API development and integration
6. Cybersecurity and compliance
7. Agile methodology
