CNC Programmer

We are seeking a highly skilledCNC Programmerto join our advanced UAV/UAS production team in Masdar City. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience inMastercam programmingfor3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in high-speed machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs usingMastercamfor complex aerospace components.
• Ensure high-speed, high-accuracy machining for UAV/UAS parts.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Perform machine setup and operation as needed (additional advantage).
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot machining issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum3+ yearsof CNC programming experience (aerospace/defense preferred).
• Expert-level Mastercam proficiency(3/4/5-axis programming).
• Strong knowledge of tooling selection, and machining strategies.
• Ability to work with tight tolerances (ISO/AS9100 standards).
• Bonus:Hands-on CNC machine operation experience.
