CNC Operator

Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join a leading global supplier and manufacturing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines (lathe, milling, or grinding) to produce high-quality components. Success in this role means ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
3. Set up machines by loading programs, tools, and materials as per specifications.
4. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
5. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum 1 year as a CNC Operator.
2. Technical Skills: Knowledge of G-code programming and CNC machine operations.
3. Understanding of Drawings: Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
4. Problem-Solving: Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Physical Fitness: Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment with long shifts.
