Sales Leadership: Proactively solicit and handle corporate sales opportunities, ensuring proper turnover of business across cluster hotels for timely service delivery.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, leveraging activities such as sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows.
Coordination and Collaboration: Work with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and non-duplicative sales efforts; manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Support: Participate in sales calls to acquire new business, support operational aspects of bookings (e.g., generating proposals, writing contracts), and maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials.
