Hilton's MEA Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) is based at the Regional headquarters in Dubai and is a centre of excellence for Revenue Management supporting the Hotels within the MEA region. As Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximising revenue, market share and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures. The role will drive the continued development and growth of customer service standards, revenue and profits from multiple hotels and to deliver Hilton’s mission to be the preeminent global hospitality company - the first choice of guests, team members, and owners alike.

Significant practical working experience within commercial revenue management.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills.
Strong Analytical Skills.
Excellent communication skills - fluency in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are beneficial).
Sound functional knowledge of Revenue Management.
Excellent competencies in Leadership, Planning and Organising, Communication and Influencing.
