With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Cluster Recruitment Manager to join our Human Resources team at One&Only Royal Mirage and One&Only The Palm Resorts in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resorts' success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for managing the recruitment of the best talents and will be responsible for the retention and succession planning to establish our resorts as the employer of choice globally. This position will focus on maintaining high-performance multicultural talents by ensuring proper retention strategies and measures are established in place.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and initiatives for the designated cluster of locations.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish recruiting priorities.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods and tools to source and attract high-quality candidates, including job postings, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in candidate selection processes as needed, across all levels of the hierarchy.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
  • Implement and drive the Emiratisation hiring needs as per Kerzner International requirements and guidelines.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other relevant partners.
  • Encourage career development plans which include intercompany transfers.
  • Lead on taskforce opportunities between Kerzner properties.
  • Develop effective mentoring programs to develop talent.
  • Utilize performance management systems efficiently to identify and reward internal promotions.
  • Analyze factors which impact attrition and understand reasons for colleagues leaving.
  • Identify management and supervisory best practices for retaining great employees.
  • Ensure that manning levels are satisfactory to operational requirements.
  • Focus on internal talent development and retention.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience as Recruitment Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel in U.A.E.
  • Proficiency in managing high volume hiring and recruitment drives outside of U.A.E.
  • Solid knowledge of Recruitment Systems.
  • Experience with OASYS and SuccessFactors system is a plus.
  • Skilled in analysis, problem solving and decision making.
  • Above average Excel knowledge; extremely comfortable compiling and operating data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
