Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Implement Sales Plans and provide Feedback Analysis
  2. Ensuring proper Inventory Levels are maintained
  3. Stock Distribution
  4. Manage and oversee Shop Operations effectively
  5. Making sure all stores have proper display materials
  6. Provide Staff Training
  7. Oversee and co-ordinate sales team activities
  8. Motivate the team towards achieving Sales Targets
  9. Visit all stores monthly or when required
