Cluster Director of Instruction - Viya Golf Abu Dhabi

Job Description: Responsible for leading the three golf academy business units from a leadership, strategic, positioning, philosophy, and commercial capacity. The role will be hybrid in that it is expected to provide elite/premium golf instruction in addition to leadership and performance management duties. This position aims to make a major contribution to the growth of the game in Abu Dhabi while driving a commercially successful department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and build professional guest and member relationships.
2. Regularly review and evaluate customer feedback in each outlet.
3. Recommend new operating procedures or products to continually improve and exceed customer expectations.
4. Present findings at monthly ‘feedback’ meetings.
