The Role
- Oversee and manage the engineering operations across multiple properties within the cluster, ensuring all hotel facilities and systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability at ARENCO-Accor Properties, managing 5 hotels (Novotel & Ibis brand).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, manage capital projects, and ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and brand guidelines.
- Create a performance-driven culture that meets the business objectives of key stakeholders: guests, employees, owners, and Accor.
Qualifications
- A strong background in engineering, including Mechanical Engineering, with comprehensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and overall building systems maintenance and optimization.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior engineering role, with the ability to lead and develop teams, manage budgets, and oversee large-scale projects, including renovations and preventive maintenance programs.
- Thorough understanding of local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and implementing innovative solutions.
