Cluster Accommodation Attendant

To be a great host for team members staying in our team member accommodation by providing an outstanding brand-specific guest experience from arrival to departure.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

Being a Great Team Member

1. Come to work every day with a smile on your face.
2. Be a reliable and motivated member of the People Operations team.
3. Communicate clearly and constructively with other team members to help deliver great team member experiences at team member accommodation.
4. Be a role model for others by demonstrating passionate, friendly brand-specific team member service at all times.
5. Ensure you pro-actively support colleagues in operations departments where required.
6. Provide constructive suggestions/feedback to your Line Manager on products, processes, and procedures to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts related to our team member accommodation.
7. Be aware of planned team meetings and learning sessions and attend as required.
8. Volunteer to participate in company campaigns like Travel with Purpose or Team Member committees.
9. Execute any other duties as assigned by the Accommodation Supervisor or People Operations Team.

TM Accommodation Specifics

1. Prepare for new arrivals in the team member accommodation in time.
2. Provide a caring, authentic welcome experience to new arrivals in the team member accommodation.
3. Ensure that team member accommodation is clean, well maintained and attractively presented.
4. Arrange repairs where required, ensuring a speedy resolution to any problems that may arise.
5. Provide TMs who are residing in accommodation with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems, and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
6. Help create a work and living space for our team members that allows them to thrive and be happy.
7. Listen to feedback from residents and be creative and pro-active with regards to making improvements to team member accommodation.
8. Report problems related to team member accommodation or disputes amongst residents immediately to the Accommodation Supervisor.
9. Ensure the highest level of health, safety and environmental care is taken in all areas of the team member accommodation.
10. Ensure that team member accommodation residents feel safe and secure.
