POSITION PURPOSE

To provide our Club and Suites guests with an on-brand personalized arrival experience.

Follow and implement Sheraton Club program as per Brand Standards/Guidelines.

To effectively contribute in a high GSS loyalty composite through recognition, friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Ensure that services provided are in harmony with our Sheraton core values.
  2. Ensure that our guests receive an on-brand experience upon arrival and throughout their stay.
  3. Acknowledge and recognize Club guest and Elite Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Members on arrival at Club Lounge.
  4. Ensure implementation of the WELCOME upon Check in and FAREWELL upon check out.
  5. Ensure strict compliance with Sheraton Brand Standards in all related tasks and duties achieving 90% or above in the LRA inspection.
  6. 100% daily usage of the Guest Planning Screen Report to deliver preferences initiative successfully to our guests.
  7. Ensure compliance with PCI policies.
  8. Acquire the proper product knowledge needed to perform your job properly.
  9. Use GXP to update guests profiles with requests, defects, preferences and any other comments/information acquired during stay.
  10. Be aware of the hotel Fire and Emergency procedures.
  11. Ensure at all times equipped with functional equipment and stocked with enough stationary and collateral, forms and order them in a timely manner.
  12. Ensure wastage is kept to the minimum.
  13. Support of Departmental objectives.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  1. Must be proactive.
  2. Must be able to speak, read, and write and understand the primary language(s) used in the work place.
  3. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Basic knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations.
  5. Basic knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages.
  6. Basic computational ability.
  7. Be aware of Health, Safety, & Fire regulations and that they too abide by the terms.
  8. Maintain high standard of personal hygiene at all time.
  9. Demonstrate proper and safe usage of all equipment.
  10. Ensure that full uniform is worn at all time.
  11. Care in service to avoid accidents.
  12. Maintain a clean and tidy work area.

EDUCATION

High school degree required.

PHYSICAL CONDITION REQUIRED FOR YOUR ROLE

  1. Must be able to stand 8hrs a day while maintaining a smile and positive attitude.
  2. This job often requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
  3. This job often requires to be able to lift up 5.5kg on a regular basis and continuing basis.
  4. Be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 11kg frequently.
  5. Be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 90 kg occasionally.
  6. Be able to exert well-paced ability in limited space and to reach other locations of the hotel on a timely basis.
  7. This job requires operating computers and computerized equipment.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

  1. This job may require you to work on holidays and/or on weekends.
  2. This job may require you to work a shift other than a day shift, including first, second, and/or overnight shift.
  3. This job often requires extended hours beyond a typical work week.
  4. This job requires you to conform to a conservative, formal grooming, attire, and jewelry policy that will be monitored on a regular basis and may be addressed as seen fit by your manager.
