Key Responsibilities and Criteria:

1. Manage daily club operations to ensure a top-notch experience for both members and employees.
2. Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence aligned with WFG standards.
3. Oversee budgets, track financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
4. Ensure the club is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations as per WFG standards.
5. Influence and inspire a dynamic workforce to achieve shared goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum 7+ years of management experience in club management, preferably within the fitness industry.
3. Significant experience in a customer-facing environment with confidence in managing P&L.
4. Exceptional attention to detail; nothing escapes your notice!
5. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate about the fitness industry.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong capability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
