Company Overview: Our client, a reputed and fast-growing fitness company, is seeking a dynamic Club Manager/General Manager for their ladies-only branch in Fujairah. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's growth.
Role Summary: This role involves managing people, ensuring strategic and operational excellence, and overseeing all departments within the club to achieve their monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and KPIs. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, drive financial performance, and maintain high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales & Revenue: Lead and manage all departments (Sales, Personal Training, Renewals) to meet financial KPIs and revenue targets.
Develop & Implement SOPs: Create and adapt standard operating procedures to elevate customer service and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, motivate, and mentor staff, fostering a sense of teamwork, motivation, and belongingness.
Operational Oversight: Ensure the daily operations of the club run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining consistency in service delivery.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations and operates within established guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry with at least 2 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
UAE experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in fitness management or related disciplines are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Decent understanding of financial concepts/P&L statements.
