Cloud Infrastructure Security Specialist

Our client is a leading multinational forex trading organization. They are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Security Specialist. For this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for threat detection engineering, incident response, and the implementation of secure cloud architectures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the deployment and finetuning of security solutions across multicloud environments.
2. Design scalable security monitoring systems for containerized infrastructures.
3. Implement Zero Trust architecture principles for cloud-based workloads.
4. Lead complex incident investigations using XDR, SIEM, and cloud-native security tools.
5. Execute threat hunting activities focused on cloud-specific attack techniques.
6. Perform threat modelling for cloud services and applications to identify vulnerabilities.
7. Improve SOC processes to address new cloud security threats.
8. Support the integration of new security event sources and cloud monitoring pipelines.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in cloud security engineering.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
3. Familiarity with cloud-native security tools.
4. Solid understanding of cloud service provider security controls.
5. Experience with container security and Kubernetes.
6. Hands-on experience in incident response within cloud environments.
7. Analytical mindset focused on root cause analysis.
8. Experience with Microsoft Security tools.
9. Background in DevSecOps and proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
10. Active involvement in security research, CTFs, or bug bounty programs.
11. Relevant certifications such as CASP+, Google PCSE, AWS CSS, AZ-500.
