Clinical Psychologist

At Micah Solutions FZE, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our client, a leading pediatric medical center. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental health conditions of children and adolescent age group. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct psychological assessments, including interviews, tests, and observations.
2. Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
3. Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
4. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop a holistic treatment approach.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and treatment modalities in the field of psychology.

Requirements:

1. Current DOH licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
2. Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
3. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in pediatrics.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
6. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in a medical or hospital setting.
2. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
