A clinical project manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of a clinical trial, including planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring it adheres to regulations, budget, and timelines while managing all aspects of the study, from site selection to data analysis, to ultimately deliver accurate results for new medical treatments or devices.

1. Creating and implementing detailed clinical trial protocols.
2. Selecting and managing clinical trial sites.
3. Managing the study budget and financial tracking.
4. Ensuring the study stays on schedule.
5. Overseeing data collection, quality control, and analysis.
6. Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory guidelines.
7. Leading and coordinating the clinical trial team.
8. Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the study.
