Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fertility clinic, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the field of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to guide treatment protocols and decisions.
Collaborate with the medical team to review patient cases, establish treatment plans, and monitor progress during IVF cycles.
Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and examinations to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in IVF techniques and technologies.
Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including fertility specialists, embryologists, and nurses.
Participate in research projects, clinical trials, and quality improvement initiatives related to IVF.
Work closely with administrative staff to optimize clinic efficiency, maintain accurate records, and ensure financial sustainability.
Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, such as referring physicians, labs, and regulatory bodies.
Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and best practices in reproductive medicine.
Minimum Requirements
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Subspecialty certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).
Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a fertility clinic.
