Job Description:
A premier cosmetic surgery and aesthetic clinic known for our advanced techniques and patient-centered approach is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our team in delivering top-notch care.
Clinic Management Responsibilities:
- Responsibility to Group Management:
• Collaborate with the Group Management to develop the business plan for the Cosmetic Clinic under the Group's standards.
• Define strategic and operational goals for the clinic.
• Support the Group Management in setting pricing strategies for the cosmetic clinic services and products sold within the clinic, based on market analysis.
• Implement quality control measures and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the clinic. - Operational Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient scheduling, staff management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, licensing requirements, and industry best practices.
• Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient service delivery and reduced waiting times.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that adhere to UAE health regulations and enhance clinic efficiency.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities for clinic inspections, license renewals, and adherence to safety protocols. - Regulatory Compliance (MOH):
• Ensure the clinic operates in full compliance with the UAE Ministry of Health guidelines, including those related to medical equipment, facility hygiene, patient care, and staff qualifications.
• Prepare for and manage MOH inspections and audits, ensuring all documentation, licenses, and certificates are up to date.
• Stay updated on any changes to UAE healthcare regulations and implement necessary adjustments within the clinic and ensure all medical staff are licensed and certified as per MOH standards.
• Manage clinic budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize financial performance to meet revenue targets.
• Oversee billing, insurance claims, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze performance data, and present findings to upper management.
• Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high standards of service. - Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage clinical and administrative staff, including nurses, and administrative personnel.
• Provide regular performance feedback, conduct appraisals, and foster a positive work culture.
• Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during clinic operating hours. - Patient Experience & Client Relations:
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure patient satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and in line with UAE healthcare guidelines.
• Ensure that patients receive clear information about procedures, treatments, risks, and post-care instructions in compliance with MOH standards.
• Collect and analyze patient feedback to continuously improve the patient experience. - Marketing & Business Development:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s dermatology and aesthetic services, both online and offline.
• Stay updated on market trends and innovations in dermatology and aesthetics, adapting clinic offerings as needed.
• Work closely with marketing teams to execute events, promotions, and partnerships to drive clinic growth.
• Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and medical professionals to increase the client base. - Inventory & Supplier Management:
• Manage procurement and inventory of clinical supplies, products, and medical equipment.
• Work with local and international suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective purchasing. - Health & Safety Management:
• Ensure that clinic hygiene standards meet MOH requirements and that infection control protocols are strictly followed.
• Oversee the maintenance of medical equipment, ensuring it is regularly serviced and complies with MOH safety regulations.
• Implement safety protocols to safeguard patients and staff, including emergency response plans in accordance with UAE health and safety regulations.
Product Use Within the Clinic:
- Ensure that the clinic skincare products are effectively used in clinical treatments and available for sale inside the clinic.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to raise brand awareness and support in-clinic product sales.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or similar.
- Experience: 7–12 years of experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic, specifically in dermatology or skincare.
- Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of dermatologic procedures and skincare products.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance in the UAE.
- Financial acumen for budget and resource management.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and electronic health records systems.
