Clinic Manager - Aesthetic Clinic

A well-established clinic is looking for a Clinic Manager who can:

1. Manage all aspects of individual and all patients, customers of the concerned facility.
2. Manage all new avenues of service provision of the hospital.
3. Manage all socially related work of patients, when required.
4. Monitor all Customer Service, Tele Sales, Call Center Agents, and Patient Service Executives in coordination with the Clinic Supervisor.
5. Manage the call center and ensure proper functioning and continuous improvement in their services of appointment bookings.
6. Monitor all information desk personnel.
