Clinic Manager

We seek an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of an exclusive luxury aesthetics clinic in Dubai. In this pivotal role you will ensure the clinic's seamless daily operations maintain exceptional service standards and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English and have a proven track record in managing high-end medical or aesthetic clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day clinic operations ensuring a smooth patient experience and efficient workflow.
2. Manage and lead a team of aesthetic practitioners, nurses, and administrative staff.
3. Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and maintain the highest hygiene and patient safety standards.
4. Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance customer experience and streamline services.
5. Drive business growth, client retention, and patient satisfaction.
6. Monitor sales performance, set targets, and collaborate with marketing teams to boost brand awareness.
7. Handle VIP and high-profile clients ensuring a discreet and personalized service experience.
8. Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relations to ensure seamless clinic operations.
9. Monitor and manage clinic budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
10. Maintain strong relationships with doctors, medical professionals, and external partners.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is a must.
2. Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery clinic.
3. Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and patient care.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to manage high-profile clientele with discretion and professionalism.
6. Experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
7. Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and clinic compliance requirements.
