Job description
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Oversight
- Clinic Operations: Manage daily operations to ensure seamless functioning of the clinic.
- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate with medical and non-medical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Compliance: Ensure the clinic adheres to UAE health regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards (e.g., DHA, HAAD, or MOH regulations).
Financial Management
- Budgeting and Planning: Oversee financial planning, manage budgets, and control expenses.
- Billing and Insurance: Ensure timely billing, insurance claims processing, and reconciliation.
- Revenue Optimization: Monitor clinic revenue and develop strategies for growth.
Patient Relations
- Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of patient care and address any patient complaints or concerns.
- Scheduling and Workflow: Optimize patient appointment schedules to reduce waiting times and improve service delivery.
Operational Efficiency
- Facility Management: Ensure clinic infrastructure and equipment are well-maintained.
- Technology and Records: Implement and manage electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare IT solutions.
- Inventory: Monitor and manage medical and office supplies inventory.
Strategic Planning
- Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract patients, including social media outreach and collaborations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for improvement and introduce new services or technologies.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certifications in healthcare management (e.g., Certified Healthcare Administrator) are an advantage.
Skills
- Leadership and Management: Strong ability to lead a team and manage diverse functions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle operational challenges and provide solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Critical for compliance, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of UAE Healthcare System: Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and insurance processes.
Work Environment
- Hours: Varies depending on clinic size and specialty (often 40+ hours per week).
- Location: Typically based within the clinic but may require visits to regulatory authorities or partners.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, as the UAE is home to a diverse population.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
