Overview

The Client Servicing Assistant will support the Servicing Division of Gallagher Re, focusing on clients within the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Divisional Director – Servicing, this role is pivotal in ensuring efficient client management, reporting, and internal coordination. The individual will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and regional servicing hubs to deliver seamless support and enhance client satisfaction.

How you'll make an impact

  • Prepare and manage client reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Regularly review high-revenue clients to identify any gaps and areas for improvement in servicing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage inquiries from clients and internal servicing teams in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with regional servicing hubs in Mumbai and Ipswich to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Act as the point of contact for cash loss escalation issues, providing necessary assistance to internal teams.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Support the finance team with VAT filing processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Identify and implement improvements in client servicing processes.
  • Support data analysis and reporting for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams, including broking, finance, and compliance, to deliver comprehensive support.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Gallagher Re’s servicing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the servicing team as required.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client servicing or support role, preferably within the reinsurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of VAT regulations and filing processes is an advantage.
  • Fluency in French is a must.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
