Client Service Executive - UAE
How will you make an impact?
As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will contribute to client service operations and projects. You will be supporting the Client Services Project Manager in implementing CS strategies and policies in the boutiques, briefing boutique teams on CS updates, managing tools, and coordinating with call center and technical partners. You will also be supporting in the implementation of new CS procedures in the boutiques and maintaining/improving existing service offers.
You will be assisting in CS projects, collaborating with teams, and enhancing processes for better client service.
How will you experience success with us?
You will be able to create spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint. SAP experience is preferred, along with experience in watchmaking and jewelry. You will enjoy creating unique experiences, thrive on achieving challenging targets, be curious and passionate, and emphasize collaboration in a team. Good interpersonal skills, empathy, and confidence are essential.
You will also have knowledge about watchmaking and jewelry techniques, and a drive for continuous learning.
