We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to oversee and enhance post-sales client experiences within our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will excel in building lasting relationships, managing client inquiries, communications and escalations, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the sales team. This role is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction and driving repeat business by offering exceptional service and personalized attention.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, communications, escalations (Post-Sales) including collections, payments and SPA Execution.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address their concerns.
- Provide detailed information on post-sales processes and services.
Post-Sales and Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide post-sales support.
- Assist in resolving client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, including documentation, payment schedules, and handover processes.
Client Retention and Development:
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Organize regular follow-ups, surveys, and feedback sessions to measure and enhance client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell real estate products and services.
Process Improvement and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in CRM software.
- Prepare and present reports on client feedback, satisfaction levels, and relationship-building activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to refine processes and enhance client experiences.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Share relevant insights with clients to build trust and credibility.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a CRM & Post-Sales relationship management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with real estate processes, regulations, and documentation.
Core Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
