Client Relationship Manager

We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager for one of our clients in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers in-store, taking care of the whole purchasing process.
• Manage daily operations, stock processing, and replenishment.
• Consult with customers and negotiate to buy their items.
• Take photos of purchased items.
• Confirm payment records.
• Attend meetings concerning purchasing operations.
• Analyze weekly purchase data and execute action plans.
• Update and respond on social media (homepage, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
