Job Description: Client Relationship Manager -(Fluent in Arabic)
Position Overview: USEO are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Arabic Client Relationship Manager to join our digital marketing agency. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and coordinating efforts across various teams within the agency.
Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact within the agency.
Understand clients' business goals, marketing objectives, and target audience to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and digital specialists, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns and projects.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
Monitor client satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role within a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns and budgets.
Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
Google Ads certifications and other relevant advertising certifications are a strong advantage.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and broader digital marketing channels is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits:
AED 13-18k per month + Commissions.
Dubai Working Visa.
