Client Partner, Technology & Professional Services

Meta is seeking an experienced consultative sales and marketing professional to lead some of our largest Consumer Tech, Professional Services & Real Estate client partnerships in the Middle East and Africa region, establishing Meta as a critical marketing lever that drives our client’s business. The role requires a self-starter who can not only build relationships but also create and execute a strategic business plan and operate confidently within Meta’s rapidly evolving commercial landscape. Experience working with C-level and Management is a must. The ideal candidate will have extensive media and marketing knowledge, commercial acumen, great communication skills, and a proven track record of building trust with external and internal stakeholders. This position is located in our Dubai office.

Responsibilities

1. Transform the way your clients operate their business and how they make financial investments in order to contribute to their bottom line.
2. Earn a place as a trusted advisor to your clients by partnering with them to understand their business objectives and help define where and how Meta can play a role in achieving them.
3. Set the partnership vision by developing and being accountable for the construction of an Annual Account Plan and Joint Business Plan to achieve these goals, and for delivering training, workshops, measurement studies.
4. Identify and pitch incremental revenue opportunities that are aligned to client’s growth objectives and scale accordingly in partnership.
5. Partner with Meta’s cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives - developing work plans, synthesizing market-related data, leading analysis, and defining the overall business approach to Facebook’s success.
6. Partner with client’s media and creative agencies to ensure synergies, collaboration, and trusting relationships are established, towards a common goal of achieving clients’ business objectives.
7. Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities and pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 8+ years experience working in Management Consulting, Marketing, Account Management and/or Media Sales & Strategy roles, ideally across Consumer Tech, Professional Services or Real Estate clients.
2. Thorough knowledge and/or experience in sales or marketing with a proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships.
3. Advanced storytelling, communication and presentation skills, and an ability to translate insights, product offerings and data into business benefits for the client.
4. Extensive experience in navigating and influencing within highly matrixed, complex organizations.
5. An experienced leader who can immediately gain the credibility of executive clients.
6. Willingness to travel internationally frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Arabic language is preferred.
2. Recent and relevant experience in the Middle East and Africa region.
