About the Role & Opportunity

We are looking for a Client Partner to join our UAE team who will serve as a key liaison between our insurance brokerage firm and our clients, focusing on providing exceptional service, managing relationships, and identifying solutions to meet client insurance needs. The role involves cultivating strong partnerships, offering expert advice on insurance products, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the insurance industry.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and insurance-related needs promptly and effectively.
  • Understand clients' unique business and insurance requirements to provide customized solutions.
  • Analyze clients' insurance needs, financial goals, and risk profiles to recommend appropriate insurance policies and solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on a variety of insurance products, including but not limited to, life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance.
  • Ensure clients are informed about the latest market trends, policy changes, and regulatory updates.
  • Actively prospect new clients and develop a pipeline of opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding clients’ evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategic plans for increasing client acquisition and retention.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the renewals process, ensuring clients remain competitive with their insurance coverage.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their policies remain relevant to their evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, underwriters, and insurance carriers to process policy documentation, claims, and amendments.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of client documentation and policy terms.
  • Facilitate smooth claims processes for clients, working with insurance providers to resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Track and report on client portfolio performance, renewals, and any business development metrics to management.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback to improve client servicing and business performance.

About the Skills, Education & Experience Required

To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 6-8 years of experience in a client-facing role within the insurance, insurance brokerage or financial services industry.

  • Deep understanding of the UAE insurance market, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and claims management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver solutions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
