The Cartier Al Raya program is an immersive 12-month learning experience for Emirati talent who want to develop a career within luxury retail. Al Raya seeks to provide Emirati new joiners with a unique opportunity to understand the fundamentals of luxury retail, develop soft skills, and gain an in-depth understanding of Cartier’s heritage, values, and operations.

4 foundations of Al Raya Program:

  • Inspire & Empower: A state-of-the-art program to inspire, develop, and empower Emiratis to embrace a luxury retail path.

  • Experiential Learning: Personal and professional development through immersive curated L&D experiences and encounters.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 – 4 years of work experience in a customer-facing / customer service role
  • Prepared to work in a retail role (Shift work, physically demanding)
  • Team & culture fit within each Boutique
  • Key attributes: Agility, Curiosity, Determination, & Ambitious
