Client Advisor

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Seline Clinic, renowned as the leading full-cycle aesthetic medical clinic in Russia. As part of our expansion to the heart of the Middle East, we are looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join our team. He/She will play a crucial role in promoting our aesthetic services, educating clients on treatment options, and ensuring an exceptional experience for each client.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Engage with clients in person, by phone, and through digital channels to discuss aesthetic treatments and services.
• Understand client goals and concerns, and provide recommendations based on services offered.
• Conduct consultations to provide treatment information, pricing, and potential results.
• Build lasting client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting treatments, memberships, and package deals.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services, promotions, and new treatments to present to clients.
• Track and report on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with clinicians, aestheticians, and management to create a cohesive and supportive environment for clients.
• Provide feedback from clients to ensure continuous improvement of services and customer experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within an aesthetic clinic, particularly in the Wellness Spa department (e.g., plastic surgery, beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics).
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good pleasing personality with excellent communication, planning, organization, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai (preferred).
• Russian language will be an added advantage.
