Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Administration Executive to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role involves overseeing client relationships, coordinating event projects, and ensuring the seamless execution of services from initial inquiry to event completion. The perfect candidate should have a strong enthusiasm for the events industry, possess strong communication skills, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing prompt responses.
  • Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
  • Fallowing up on LPOs, agreements and payments, from the client.
  • Prepare costing, process invoices and ensure all billing-related documentation is completed correctly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns and providing solutions in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Update company profile using PowerPoint.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to client servicing, sales performance, and billing.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Highly proficient and Advanced computer skills (in-depth knowledge of MS Office package- Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding follow-up skills.
  • Extremely organized, precise, and attentive to details.
  • Ability to multitask and be time efficient.
  • Able to handle last-minute inquiries
  • Able to serve, multitask and respond to multiple clients
  • Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in client administration, sales coordination, or a similar role.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Events Industry is a Plus.
  • Knowledge of invoicing and quotation software.

WORKING HOURS: Saturday - Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm (Every other Saturday off)

MONTHLY SALARY: 6,000 -8,000 AED.
