Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Reports to: Service Supervisor

Salary: 3,000 AED to 3,500 AED

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and expertise in professional cleaning, including the use of heavy machinery and chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Service Supervisor in daily operations
2. Lead and coordinate cleaning teams to ensure high standards
3. Operate and maintain heavy cleaning machinery
4. Utilize and handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
5. Ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks
6. Maintain excellent organization and time management in all duties

Requirements:

1. Valid driving license
2. Proven leadership skills
3. Expertise in cleaning, including handling heavy machinery and chemicals
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) training preferred
