Cleaning Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Inspect and evaluate the work of cleaning staff to ensure compliance with established cleanliness standards.
2. Supervise and coordinate the cleaning activities of a team of cleaners.
3. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
5. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding cleaning services.
6. Train and provide guidance to new and existing cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations of cleaning staff and provide feedback for improvement.
8. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure smooth operations.
9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve cleaning operations.
