Cleaning Supervisor

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management (FM) companies in the UAE.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple sites.
Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple locations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Train and manage cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, and ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
Address client complaints and provide solutions to maintain satisfaction.
