Cleaning Operator

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all the lake cleaning machines operate in accordance with manufacturer instructions and the site health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the supervisor for relieving other operators for breaks.
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained in accordance with planned maintenance schedules.
• Ensure that all safety measures are in place prior to the work.
• Record keeping of daily run time at the start and end of the shift.
• First call maintenance of equipment.
• Report to the supervisor any abnormalities in the work or environment.

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in operating lake cleaning machines or a similar work environment.
• Ability to operate boats and work in water.
• Extremely diligent, organized, and self-motivated.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Hindi.
• Previous experience working with lake cleaning operations or large swimming pool maintenance.
• Capable of working outside and on water in harsh climatic conditions.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements in a developing organization.
• Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose faults with machines and carry out minor repairs to machines, control boxes, generators, boats, boat motors, pumps, tanks, and pipework.
• PADI certification will be an added advantage.
