Cleaner

• Clean and maintain residential and commercial job sites before, during, and after painting work.
• Ensure all surfaces are free from dust, debris, or contaminants prior to painting.
• Assist with setting up and protecting work areas (e.g., laying down floor coverings, taping off trim, covering furniture).
• Dispose of paint materials, masking, and waste responsibly and in line with safety standards.
• Keep tools, brushes, buckets, and other equipment clean and ready for use.
• Maintain an organized and clutter-free work environment for painters and clients.
• Report any safety hazards or issues to the site supervisor.
• Support painters with basic prep and post-job cleaning tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Prior cleaning or construction site experience is a plus, but not mandatory—we’re happy to train the right person.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Attention to Detail: Notices the little things that others might miss.
• Team Player: Works well with others and takes direction when needed.
• Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 15kg, and work in varied environments.
• Attitude: Positive, respectful, and ready to pitch in wherever needed.
