Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily civil construction activities ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
2. Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards.
3. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any onsite issues.
4. Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
5. Manage and allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
6. Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and material usage.
7. Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards and company policies.
8. Lead and guide onsite teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 10 years in civil construction supervision, preferably within the UAE.
2. Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
3. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management tools is a plus.
8. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
